The stylish vanity units provided combines style with space saving functionality. Shower enclosures and heated towel rails are included as standard as per showhouse. High quality tiling to wet areas.

Heating
The ‘A-Rated’ Gas Condensing Boiler Central Heating System delivers high efficiency precise control to three zones; ground, first floor and hot water. In addition to the heating zones all radiators are fitted with thermostatic valves giving additional room by room control.
Photovoltaic Solar Panel & EnergyMiser (Client Optional Add On)
Photovoltaic Solar Panels generate electricity on site, reducing energy bills and carbon foot-print, an optional add on is the ‘Warik Energy Miser’, this can be fitted to the hot water cylinder to ensure that 100% of the useable energy produced stays within the house.
